Design apartment of 90 square meters. m was designed for a young family with a six year old child. Customers lived in Sweden for a long time, so the Scandinavian design style was chosen, allowing to combine minimalism with home comfort. Separate rooms are allocated for the bedroom, nursery and kitchen, while the dining room and living room are combined in one volume.

Living-dining room

The heart of the dining room group is a unique dining table with a table top made of sawn soar wood, laid on metal legs. Above it are two suspensions of a simple form, which not only provide the required level of illumination, but also help to visually distinguish the dining group from the total volume of the room.

The apartment project provides for combining functions for various pieces of furniture, including for this table: you can work behind it, therefore a mini-office is equipped near the window: you can store the necessary documents and office equipment, such as a printer, in the drawer under the wide window sill. The apartment is illuminated by ceiling lights, but not built-in, as it has become customary, but overhead.

The rest corner consists of a sofa with a small coffee table, and a floor lamp, providing a cozy light for this area. Apartment design 90 sq. M. m. takes into account all the needs of the owners. For example, they do not watch television - and in his apartment there. Instead, the projector, supplemented by a speaker system, which the designers hid in the ceiling.

Roman curtains of dense material can completely isolate the room from daylight - this is done specifically to watch movies in comfortable conditions. Living-dining room - the central room in the apartment. It connects to the kitchen through a wall opening, and is separated from the entrance area using the built-in storage system.

Kitchen

The kitchen unit can be isolated from the living room with the help of sliding glass doors - this way you can avoid odors entering the residential part of the apartment.

In the project of a modern apartment, much attention is paid to kitchen equipment. To provide the hostess with maximum comfort, a work surface stretched across three of the four sides of the kitchen, which turns into a wide bar counter in front of the window - a place where you can eat or relax over a cup of tea, admiring the view of the street.

The bar area is distinguished by three industrial-style suspensions arranged in a row. The tabletop is wooden, with special impregnation, making it resistant to mechanical damage and moisture. The apron from a natural stone of dark color forms pleasant contrast with light wood of a table-top. The work area is illuminated with a tape of LEDs.

Bedroom

The design of the apartment is designed in the Scandinavian stylist, and in the bedroom she manifests herself not only in decoration, but also in the choice of textiles. Soft, rich colors, natural materials - all this has a relaxing rest.

At the entrance there is a dressing room, which made it possible to dispense with bulky closets. Here, only the most necessary - a huge double bed, cabinets with special niches for storing books, bedside lamps and a small console table with drawers and a large mirror above it.

At first glance, the location of the dressing table may seem unfortunate - because the light will fall from the window on the right side. But in fact, everything is thought out: the owner of the apartment is left-handed, and for her such an arrangement is most convenient. The balcony, adjacent to the bedroom, turned into a sports hall - a simulator was installed there, as well as a small chest of drawers in which you can store sports equipment.

Children's

Storage systems in the project of a modern apartment are given a special place - they are in every room. In the nursery, such a system occupies the entire wall, and the bed is built into it in the center.

In addition to the place for games, there is a private “study room” - the child will soon go to school, then a place equipped on a warmed balcony will be useful.

Near the entrance mounted children's sports mini-complex. Bright decor on the walls in the form of vinyl stickers can be changed or removed when the child grows up.

Bathroom

The size of the shower increased by attaching part of the entrance area. For a long washbasin, I had to order a special cabinet, but two mixers fit in it - the spouses can wash at the same time.

The interior of the shower room and toilet softens the “wooden” headliner and one of the walls. In fact, this is a wood imitation tile that is resistant to moisture.
