The design project one-room apartment 39 square meters. m

The design project one-room apartment 39 square meters. m. was developed for a young couple, which has no children, but there is a pet - a dog. A small apartment has a significant advantage - it is located in a brick house, in addition, it has a rather large loggia - 2.8 square meters. The premises were initially divided into an entrance area, living room and kitchen, redevelopment was not required, only minor changes were made to the original plan.

The designers had the following tasks:

  • find space for a sufficient number of storage systems;
  • to equip a small home office, as the owners often take work at home;
  • provide a place where the dog will live;
  • replace the bath on the shower stall in accordance with the preferences of the owners;
  • make a panoramic glazing on the loggia, and use its area;
  • Do not go beyond the small budget.

Living room 18.3 square meters. m

In the living room there are two doors - one leads to the entrance area, the other - to the kitchen. Both of them look quite traditional, but in fact they are sliding - when opening they enter inside the wall, without taking the floor space. Such a system is called a hidden case, it is made by the Polish company INVADO.
