For a small one-room apartment of 48 square meters. m. in the studio COCOBRIZE have developed a design in a trend loft style today. The materials used in the decoration, characteristic of industrial premises.
The ceiling was not closed, but left concrete, removing the wiring in the copper box - a stylish and modern solution. The walls are laid out with tiles that imitate brickwork. The imitation is so accurate that there is a complete feeling that the walls are decorated with decorative bricks.
The only room in the apartment was divided into two functional areas - a bedroom and a living room. A glass partition is used for zoning - this solution allows you to avoid the feeling of tightness and “tightness” of the space.
The interior is decorated in gray-beige tones, and the accent color is green. It is found both in the decoration of the kitchen, in the furnishing of the balcony, and in the bathroom: a small bright green tile, with which the “wet” zone is laid, separates the bath from the toilet. Additionally, the bathtub is separated from the rest of the bathroom space by a glass partition.
Designers turned the fire escape on a loggia into a modern open shelving on which you can store things, or arrange pots of flowers.
