Modern interior of one-room apartment 37 sq. M. m

Design one-room apartment 37 square. m. made in the Scandinavian style. Through the use of light shades, natural finishing materials and the minimum necessary set of furniture, the Scandinavian style allows you to create a feeling of spaciousness and freedom, even in small rooms.

In the modern interior of a one-room apartment it is very important to correctly position the necessary functional areas so as to create the necessary level of comfort, which is especially difficult to do in a small space. Designers managed to use every available centimeter of space, and at the same time did not create the impression of congestion and clutter.

Living-bedroom 18.9 square meters. m

The customers were given the task - to place in the living room a place to relax, where you can communicate with friends, use a projector to share movies, and, in addition, organize two separate beds - a wide double bed and a comfortable sofa.

It was possible to carry out these difficult tasks with the help of a podium - a large bed hid beneath it, which was put forward only for the night. On the podium itself is a living room with a soft sofa and two armchairs. A small table, a wall shelf for books and a small storage system with open sections complete the look of the living room, made in restrained gray tones.

The wall in front of the living area is occupied by a full-wall wardrobe. A fireplace with real live fire is built into its lower part - it runs on biofuel. This is one of the most interesting solutions for the design of a one-room apartment. Above the fireplace on the smooth white surface of the cabinet - a laconic clock that performs a decorative role at the same time. A box is fixed above where the big screen is hidden - to watch movies, it is lowered.

Having placed the podium and storage system opposite each other, the designers not only created a comfortable living space, but also adjusted the shape of the room, now the room does not seem to be elongated. Chairs bags are easy to transform, at night they are moved to the sofa to make room for the bed.

Kitchen 11.6 square meters. m

The kitchen in this project is not only a place for cooking, but also a place to rest. In accordance with these premises, the room was divided into two functional areas: the actual kitchen and dining room with a sofa for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary modern appliances - cooking will be easy and convenient. In addition, in one of the columns placed machines for washing and drying clothes.

The dining room is light and spacious, although the area allotted for it is quite small. In the center - a round white table, around - chairs in white and blue Scandinavian scale, the dining group is accented with a black pendant lamp. The wide low window sill of the window turned into a sofa, on which you can get settled, to chat with friends or watch TV, next to the wall they fixed a wall lamp, made in the same style with the hanger.

Entrance area of 3.5 square meters. m

To separate the hallway from the kitchen, the designers used a partition of laths. Light wooden planks let in light, and, unlike solid plasterboard constructions, they do not narrow the space visually, and almost do not take space. In addition, the use of natural wood - one of the main features of the Scandinavian style. Despite the very small size, the entrance area does not seem small - visually it is almost doubled by the mirror door that closes the entrance to the bathroom.

The hallway has all the necessary functionality: a place for changing shoes, shelves for shoes and keys, a clothes hanger and a spacious wardrobe, besides clothes and shoes, a router and devices needed for security and fire alarms were placed there.

Bathroom 2.9 square. m

In order not to reduce the size of the already small bathroom, the designers decided to abandon the use of tile - they laid out only the shower area. The remaining walls are covered with paint that can withstand high humidity. This solution is suitable for small bathrooms, as the drawing of the tile visually brings the walls together, and the monochromatic coloring, on the contrary, moves them apart.

The modern interior of a one-room apartment involves a variety of different storage systems, allowing you to keep things in order and make them easily accessible for use. In this small bathroom there was a place for such a system - a box in which the risers are located, continued with an open rack where you can store all the necessary accessories.

The main decorative element of the bathroom is a stone sink on a teak countertop. The wall in the niche where it is located is trimmed with a mirror canvas, as a result of which it seems as if the sink is floating in the air. This technique allows you to visually facilitate the perception of space and expand it.

Balcony 6.4 square meters. m

On the balcony, organized a zone for work and leisure. A bright yellow tabletop, the same color hanging shelf for documents, a white bowl chair and a black desk lamp with an adjustable luminous flux make up a compact but comfortable cabinet. Its main advantages are excellent illumination and isolation from the rest of the premises.

Opposite the table is a podium sofa, where you can sit for a rest, drawers for storage are located under it.
